Noor is a gamified educational platform that helps children (ages 7‑12) practice Qur'anic recitation through bite‑sized lessons, real‑time AI pronunciation feedback, and a parent dashboard. The Service is provided by Noor Technologies Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

4Accounts & Security

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5Subscriptions & Billing

Premium content is offered via auto‑renewing in‑app subscriptions processed through app stores. Prices, renewal periods, and cancellation instructions are displayed in‑app. All sales are final except where required by law.

6License & Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App for personal, non‑commercial educational purposes only. You must not:

• copy, modify, reverse‑engineer or create derivative works;
• use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose;
• circumvent security features or access our backend systems.

7User Content

You retain ownership of any audio recordings, avatar images or other content you upload ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free licence to process, store and use User Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide such content.

8Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software and other content provided by the Company ("Noor Content") are our property or licensed to us. Except for the limited licence above, no rights are granted to you.

9Third‑Party Services

The Service integrates third‑party services for authentication, analytics, subscription management, and error monitoring. Your use of those features may be subject to the third party's own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

14Term & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination the licence granted herein will end but sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability) shall remain in effect.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales (without regard to conflict of laws). Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK, unless a mandatory local consumer law grants you additional rights.

16Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in‑app or via e‑mail. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
